I don't know if any of you are watching this season of American Idol, but last night they did songs from the Lennon, McCartney Songbook. I think this kids blows them all away!

Been on a blog writing haitus for a while. I've developed a couple major websites, so my time has been scarce.

One of my Christmas presents was a book from the Bathroom Reader's Institute. It had an article on famous watering holes around the world and mentiioned thie following video. It is perhaps the coolest thing I have seen in forever!

Fall Semester finals start tomorrow at my Seminary. I only took one class, so that means after tomorrow morning, I'll be done. I already got my Masters, but now I am on my way to a doctorate. It will probably take me a while, but I've always wanted to be "Dr. Phil".

I know there is nor major reason to be going, but I like school and enjoy learning more about God and His word. I just wish I could do it without having to write papers!

It's a snowy day here in Maryland and I was on my way to work after our monthly pastor's breakfast, when I took a road I probably shouldn't have. I made it quite a ways and found a vehicle in the middle of the road. I stopped and decided to turn around. When I stopped and started to go backwards, I started to slip and slide and I am now in a ditch.

I called AAA and am now sitting here waiting for a tow truck to get me out. I am OK and I think my van is ok (only minor damage if there is any as I was only going about 5 mph at the time).

Every year, my friend and mentor, Tim Eason goes into Santa mode. He has put together an advent calendar. Each day of the month, there is a new image you can use for your church service and they are all free.

Christmas is a great time to incorporate media into your services and this is an affordable way to do it!

I don't like to get politcal in my blog, but I have decided to back Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas govenor for President. Check out his new ad. I really belive he is what we need to move our country forward and keep it great!

I am currently working as the "media guy" at the Annual Meeting of the Baptist Convention of Maryland/ Delaware.

It has been 3 days of meetings and worship and preaching. Lots of media elements to manage and put on the screen. Thank God I have a padawan to help me. her name is Christen and she is 12. She is brilliant and has done a great job.

This summer, I was watching the casting for America's Got Talent and saw Terry Fator perform. He was amazing. While I wouldn't have normally watched the entire season, Terry made me. I thought I'd show you what he's got!

It seems like for the past couple months, most, if not all of the members of my household have been sick. My son, Ethan, was even hospitalized for a few days with a case of double pneumonia.

I am getting pretty frustrated with always being sick, or having to deal with sick kids. They feel bad, I feel bad that they feel bad and I can't do much about it. I won't even mention all the money we've spent on co-pays and prescriptions. It seems never ending.

Please pray for my family! We could use it.
